Description
The General Services Administration is soliciting a firm-fixed-price service agreement for manufacturer-authorized support of nine Liebert HVAC units serving the Regional Infrastructure Center at the Region 8 Regional Office Building. The scope includes manufacturer-recommended preventive maintenance, environmental inspections, firmware upgrades with approval, service documentation, parts, labor, travel, troubleshooting, and repairs. The contractor must provide 24x7 telephone technical support and 24x7 on-site response for critical equipment, with a stated 4–6-hour on-site response time. Technicians must be qualified and authorized to service Liebert equipment. The quotation must include separate technical and price quotations, detailed pricing for all CLINs using the provided Excel price schedule, a capability statement addressing experience and reseller authorization, qualifications and certifications, and recommendations for HVAC support and maintenance best practices. The anticipated structure is a one-year base period with two one-year option periods.
