Description
Spencerport Fire District is soliciting bids to demolish one existing AERCO boiler and provide and install a replacement boiler or boilers at Station #1. The work includes associated pumps, boiler-loop valves, labor and materials, connection to existing water piping, venting, gas piping, and controls, plus startup and operational checks. The replacement system must be compatible with the existing environmental control system, and replacement parts should be readily available. Bidders must identify standard equipment and warranties, describe the proposed boiler, identify and number all exceptions or variations in a separate attachment, and complete the furnished bid forms, including specification-compliance checks. This is a prevailing-wage project, and bids must be signed by the manufacturer or an authorized dealer.
