This advance procurement notice concerns a potential standing offer agreement for laboratory, soil and materials engineering, geoenvironmental, and building science services. The anticipated work supports pre-construction planning and construction execution and includes analysis of soil, concrete, mortar, and bituminous materials; soil sample analysis; steel-structure inspection and monitoring, including welding, verticality, and bolting; on-site testing; field-sample collection; laboratory testing; site verification, inspection, and supervision; written reports and testing data; contaminated-soil management; and specialized testing.
