Description
Santa Barbara County is seeking qualified laboratory service providers interested in leasing one dedicated room at each of two health centers to perform patient blood draws and related laboratory services. The selected provider may bill patients for services and must provide all staffing, equipment, materials, refrigeration, internet connection, and other operational needs, except for specified county-provided amenities such as utilities, maintenance, common-area janitorial service, signage, and waste disposal. Operations must align with clinic hours and comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Letter of Interest must describe the provider's organization and phlebotomy or laboratory experience, proposed staffing model, service hours, anticipated daily patient capacity, operational or site requirements, willingness to enter into a market-rate lease, and designated representative contact information.
