Description
The Defense Health Agency is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing the Oncotype IQ portfolio of genomic tests for Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The anticipated requirement includes all necessary labor, products, equipment, training, distribution, transportation, and shipping, with products generally delivered within 10 days after receipt of an order unless otherwise specified. This is a Sources Sought notice for planning purposes only, not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract. Respondents must submit a capability statement in PDF format using at least 10-point font. The response should address relevant prior efforts, company identifiers and business size, applicable NAICS codes, small-business category if applicable, and any applicable schedule information. Proprietary, trade-secret, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should not be included.
