Submission Instructions
Description
This solicitation is for diagnostic testing services to be provided by NAHLN-approved laboratories. The services will support the National Animal Health Laboratory Network (NAHLN) in detecting and responding to endemic and foreign animal diseases. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a period of performance of five years. Services include various types of testing such as culture and isolation, immunoassays, molecular services (including PCR and sequencing), and morphological evaluations. All testing must adhere to NAHLN and National Veterinary Services Laboratories (NVSL) standards, and presumptive positive or inconclusive results will be sent to NVSL for confirmation. Laboratories must be NAHLN-approved and meet stringent membership criteria, including ISO 17025 accreditation or equivalent quality systems. The estimated annual value for this requirement is $255,000,000, with individual IDIQ contracts not to exceed $25,000,000.
