Description
The City of Palm Bay Utilities Department is seeking qualified contractors to provide laboratory testing and related professional services. The work is intended to support compliance with Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Environmental Protection Agency, and other applicable laboratory-service requirements. The listed service categories include testing and monitoring of air, gas, and water; water-pollution services; chemical laboratory services; wastewater-treatment-plant operations and testing; water sampling and analysis; and chemical testing. The solicitation package includes a bid form, draft agreement, drug-free workplace and human-trafficking affidavits, a non-collusion affidavit, references, and standard terms and conditions.
