Description
SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide reference laboratory services under RFP S-1525. Vendors must meet the mandatory bidder qualifications and technical requirements in Section 3A and accept the RFP’s terms and conditions. The contract term is five years. Addendum #1 was published on August 19, 2026, and Addendum #2 was published on August 26, 2026. New York State small businesses and businesses certified under Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law and Article 3 of the New York State Veterans Service Law are encouraged to submit bids. The solicitation identifies Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings and Mayo Medical Laboratories as businesses awarded identical or substantially similar contracts within the past five years. The SDVOB goal is 0.00%.
