Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for comprehensive renal biopsy pathology and nephropathology reference laboratory services supporting the evaluation of native and transplant kidney biopsy specimens at Northport VA Medical Center. The notice identifies a proposed sole-source award under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 to Nephrology Associates, PLC, doing business as Arkana Laboratories, but invites capable firms to respond for market research and potential acquisition planning. Responses must demonstrate the firm's technical expertise, functional-area experience, capability, and responsibility to provide the complete service.
