Description
Butte County Sheriff's Office is establishing a qualified pool of providers to furnish clean, safe, and sober residential housing for male and/or female participants in its Alternative Custody Supervision Program. Services must include separate housing facilities by gender, beds and linens, utilities, restroom and shower amenities, laundry, heating and air conditioning, garbage collection, telephone access, three meals per day, and any required kitchen or cleaning supplies. Providers must implement curfews and resident accountability procedures, maintain sign-in and sign-out logs, prohibit drugs, alcohol, and visitors, conduct random drug testing at least twice monthly at the provider's expense, provide unrestricted access to county personnel, promptly report removals or discharges, and maintain a full-time compensated on-site house manager with 24-hour supervision or staff availability. Optional transportation services may also be proposed. Responses must include experience, capabilities, rates, a draft scope of work, references, resumes, and the completed Qualified Pool-Required Qualifications form. The qualified pool may remain open for up to five years from the RFP opening date.
