The City of Sacramento is soliciting bids for a two-year, not-to-exceed $249,999 contract covering streetscape landscape maintenance at ten parking lots and garages. Work includes turf and groundcover maintenance, mowing, edging, pruning, fertilization, weed abatement, litter and debris removal, maintenance of fence lines and landscaped areas, and irrigation inspections, controller adjustments, and authorized repairs. The scope includes Saturday service, with specified scheduling flexibility for special events and Monday service at Sac Valley Station. Bidders must provide scheduled-maintenance pricing for all ten locations, repair-crew hourly rates, and a materials markup.
