Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals for a total small-business set-aside, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity multiple-award task order contract. The scope will cover design-build and design-bid-build construction services supporting military, institutional, veterans-affairs, and civil-works projects within the district’s area of responsibility. Task orders may include new construction, additions, alterations, renovations, repairs, maintenance, and supporting infrastructure for commercial and institutional buildings and related structures. The shared contract capacity is anticipated to be $465,000,000, with an eight-year ordering period consisting of a five-year base period and one three-year option period. The Government anticipates awarding up to seven contracts, with individual task orders estimated at $2,500 to $20,000,000. Prospective offerors must be registered in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment to submit proposals and must maintain active registration in the System for Award Management.
