Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District, anticipates soliciting a design-build and design-bid-build indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity multiple-award task order contract for construction services supporting its military boundary and area of responsibility. Task orders may cover new construction, additions, alterations, renovations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial and institutional buildings, related structures, facilities, and supporting infrastructure. The specific work will be defined by individual task orders. The anticipated shared contract capacity is $465 million, with an eight-year ordering period consisting of a five-year base period and one three-year option period. The Government intends to award up to seven firm-fixed-price IDIQ contracts, but may award more or fewer. Task orders are estimated to range from $2,500 to $20 million. Contractors must maintain sufficient bonding to cover the value of all awarded task orders. The anticipated solicitation is a total small-business set-aside; proposal submission will require registration in PIEE, and offerors must also be registered in SAM before the anticipated solicitation closing date.
