Description
Sacramento County Department of Airports is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from environmental planning consulting firms to establish one on-call professional services agreement supporting any of the Department's four airports. The scope may include NEPA and CEQA documentation, FAA environmental coordination, environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, mitigation monitoring, technical studies, environmental investigations, public outreach, and support for airport capital projects. Additional services may include PFAS investigation and response support, stormwater and hazardous-materials compliance, sustainability planning, greenhouse-gas inventories, climate action and decarbonization strategies, environmental GIS, sampling and laboratory coordination, and related technical reporting. The selected consultant may use qualified subconsultants but remains responsible for project management, quality control, and all work products. The agreement has a maximum total payment of $3,500,000 and an initial three-year term with one optional two-year extension.
