Description
Butte County is seeking respondents to provide sober living environment services, including residential housing and three adult meals per day for male and/or female participants in the Alternative Custody Supervision Program. Housing must be provided within Butte County, with separate facilities for male and female residents where applicable, and must include beds and linens, utilities, restroom and shower facilities, hygiene supplies, laundry, heating and air conditioning, garbage collection, telephone access, and meal accommodations. Providers must implement curfews and resident accountability procedures, maintain sign-in and sign-out logs, prohibit drugs, alcohol, and visitors, conduct random drug testing at least twice monthly at their expense, provide 24-hour on-site supervision or staff availability with a full-time on-site house manager for each facility, and allow unrestricted access for Sheriff's Office personnel. Optional transportation services may also be offered. The County intends to establish a qualified pool with contracts for up to five years. Responses must include experience, capabilities, pricing, a draft scope of work, and the completed Qualified Pool—Required Qualifications form.
