Description
FLINT Design Build, the selected lease-leaseback entity, is soliciting subcontractor bids for Universal Transitional Kindergarten classroom construction at various Twin Rivers Unified School District campuses. The work includes field engineering; demolition, earthwork, utilities, landscaping, fencing and gates; concrete; structural steel and miscellaneous metals; metal decking; carpentry and millwork; FRP; insulation; roofing; sheet metal; waterproofing and joint sealants; doors, frames and hardware; glazing; cement plaster; gypsum board; soft flooring; painting; epoxy flooring; play equipment; signage; plumbing and mechanical systems; electrical and low-voltage systems; and final cleaning. The project requires prevailing wages for all on-site workers and references a DSA submittal. DVBE subcontracting opportunities are being sought. Plans and specifications are available through FLINT Design Build's BuildingConnected planroom, and subcontractor prequalification is required through the identified BuildingConnected process.
