The City of Brewer is seeking a contractor to provide firm-price transportation and disposal services for dewatered sludge generated at the City's Water Pollution Control Facility. Proposals may be submitted on paper or electronically according to Section V of the bid documents. The available materials do not provide the complete scope, contract term, pricing requirements, evaluation criteria, submission instructions, or other detailed requirements for this sludge-hauling opportunity.
