Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for approximately 21 30-yard dumpsters to support demolition-debris removal at Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge. The quantity may be reduced based on available funding, and dumpsters will be provided on an as-needed basis with at least three dumpsters per material type on site when needed. Materials may include concrete and general construction and demolition debris, with separate handling by material type. The contractor must provide initial delivery, dumpster swaps and hauling, disposal, permitting if necessary, and all associated fees. The work is expected to occur between November 1 and December 1, 2026, with removal activities taking place over a two-week period or less and the possibility of swapping up to eight dumpsters per day during selected phases. The quote must include itemized total costs, the vendor's UEI, warranty information, and return-policy information, and must be submitted as one consolidated PDF of no more than 15 pages with only one attachment. Past performance is an evaluation factor, and the solicitation requires notification of disposal weights within 24 hours and recycling of sorted materials to the maximum extent possible.
