Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a single-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for the recurring collection, removal, transportation, and off-base disposal of typhoon-related green waste and natural debris from O&M areas at Kadena Air Base. The contractor must provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, vehicles, labor, and transportation necessary to perform the work. Pricing is firm-fixed-price per kilogram for the base period and four option years, with estimated quantities of 840,000 kilograms per contract year. The solicitation uses a lowest-price technically acceptable, pass/fail evaluation. Offerors must provide a valid Okinawa waste collection and transport license, a signed and active manifest or disposal agreement with an authorized Okinawa landfill or recycling center, and an equipment log demonstrating adequate operational capacity, including heavy-duty waste-collection vehicles. The technical proposal must be submitted in Volume I and the completed price schedule in Volume II.
