Description
The City of Bangor is seeking one new, current-year log loader trailer, furnished and delivered FOB destination to the City's Fleet Maintenance Division. The trailer must meet specified minimum requirements, including a 16,000-pound GVWR, hydraulic dumping capability with an integrated log loader, a continuous-rotation grapple, a minimum 14-foot loader reach, specified lift capacities, loading ramps, barn-style rear doors, a pintle ring hitch, and integrated D-rings. The City may consider an unsold previous-year model if it meets or exceeds the specifications. The bid must include the completed Bid Form and any applicable exceptions. The equipment must be inspected, serviced, and ready for use upon delivery, and the price must include transportation and other miscellaneous charges. Two written and two electronic manuals are required: one written and one electronic operator manual, and one written and one electronic service manual. A full factory warranty is required. The solicitation permits email, hand delivery, U.S. mail, or other delivery service, with submissions due by 2:00 P.M. on September 23, 2026.
