Description
Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania's Bloomsburg Campus is soliciting a general contractor for replacement of the Haas Auditorium roof's stage and north-side areas. The work includes demolition, concrete-deck preparation, new insulation and roofing, flashings, piping re-insulation, new drains, and roof hatches. The project will use separate prime contractors under Pennsylvania law, with the general contractor serving as the lead prime contractor and coordinating responsibilities under the contract documents. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit are scheduled, and bids must be submitted electronically through PennBid.
