Description
Monroe County is soliciting firm pricing for the purchase and delivery of new inmate uniforms and supplies, including correctional footwear, shirts, trousers, undergarments, athletic clothing, thermal garments, blankets, towels, sheets, gloves, hygiene products, laundry supplies, restraints, mattresses, and medical examination gloves. The attached itemized spreadsheet lists estimated quantities, acceptable product specifications, unit-of-measure requirements, and pricing fields. Alternate brands may be proposed if they meet the County's minimum standards, and bidders may be asked to provide samples. The contract covers January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. Quantities are estimates, and the County will pay only for items actually ordered and received. Delivery must occur within 15 working days after receipt of an order and purchase order number, with delivery costs included in the bid. The proposal must include completed pricing and signature pages, bid security, and the required copies and electronic submission media.
