Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a one-time, firm-fixed-price, definite-quantity purchase order for 80 afocal objective lens modules, nomenclature CELL ASSEMBLY, OPTICAL INSTRUMENT, NSN 6650-01-676-1468. Accepted part numbers are 6439506-1 and 6439506, with approved sources identified as DRS Network & Imaging Systems LLC and Raytheon Company. Only approved suppliers may provide the item, and the procurement is being conducted other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. The supplies must meet the technical requirements document, including military packaging under MIL-STD-2073-1E, ISPM 15-compliant wood packaging, required military markings, supply-chain traceability, and visual inspection of all delivered items. Delivery is scheduled in increments beginning 365 days after receipt of order, followed by 15 units every 30 days until the 80-unit quantity is complete. Inspection and acceptance are at origin, with shipment FOB destination. Offers must address technical acceptability, delivery, and past performance under a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation.
