Description
Monroe County is soliciting propane gas for the 2027 calendar year at the Monroe County Public Safety Center, Monroe County Correctional Facility, Monroe County Sewage Treatment Plant, and Magisterial District Justice Kresge. Estimated usage totals 16,120 gallons: 9,000, 6,000, 1,000, and 120 gallons, respectively. The successful bidder must provide automatic deliveries, metered delivery tickets, 24-hour emergency delivery service, and propane meeting the specified HD5 common-grade quality requirements. Bidders may submit fixed-price and/or fluctuating-price-per-gallon proposals for each location, including the supplier market basis and fixed markup. The bidder must identify the refinery and dealer, provide a propane analysis, and, where applicable, install tanks at locations with supplier-owned tanks. A certificate of insurance is required after award, and bid security and a performance bond are not required.
