Description
Monroe County is soliciting fixed-price proposals for a broad range of office supplies for the 2027 calendar year. The bid sheet includes paper products, envelopes, binders, folders, writing instruments, labels, filing and desk accessories, cleaning and sanitation products, batteries, storage products, printer and typewriter ribbons, USB flash drives, and other general office items. Vendors must complete the itemized bid sheet, provide manufacturer and item numbers, identify substitutions, and provide comparison pricing for recycled paper products where applicable. The successful vendor must provide desktop delivery to County courthouse, administrative, branch, and other listed offices; process routine orders within 72 hours; provide electronic ordering capability or disclose its absence; supply quarterly usage reports and an itemized customer order sheet; package orders by office; and include delivery costs in the bid pricing. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027. A completed signature page/vendor profile and bid security equal to at least 10% of the total bid are required with submission; a 50% performance bond may be required after award for contracts of $10,000 or more.
