Description
GoTriangle is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive real property and right-of-way acquisition services for transit projects, including fee-simple acquisitions, permanent and temporary easements, title research and updates, appraisals and appraisal reviews, administrative offer summaries, legal descriptions, deeds, acquisition documents, negotiations, closings, recording, and condemnation referral support. The scope also includes relocation advisory and assistance services, property management or disposition support, landowner outreach, public meetings, notices, acquisition records, and compliance documentation. Services must comply with Federal Transit Administration requirements, the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act, 49 C.F.R. Part 24, FTA Circular 5010.1F, and North Carolina relocation and appraisal requirements. The resulting contract has an initial three-year term, and subcontracting is not allowed.
