Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada is seeking information from owners, agents, or authorized representatives regarding the availability of approximately 381 usable square metres of contiguous office space in Langford or Colwood, British Columbia. Ground-floor space is preferred, and the proposed premises must fall within the specified geographic boundaries and be available approximately 20 weeks before occupancy for preparation. The space must meet, or be capable of meeting by the lease commencement date, the agency's Standards for Leased Accommodation. Proposed responses should include the building's municipal address and zoning, the specific location and measured area of the space, architectural drawings showing washrooms, exits, and other design elements, parking information, and details addressing the stated criteria. Agents must also provide an authorization letter from the property owner. This is an expression of interest and information-gathering process, not a tender or request for proposal. The potential lease is approximately 10 years beginning around August 1, 2029, with two additional two-year extension options. If a future tender results, building owners will need a valid Reliability-level security clearance approved by the Contract Security Program before award.
