Description
The Santa Barbara County Flood Control and Water Conservation District is soliciting qualifications from firms to provide as-needed professional real property services for flood control improvement projects funded by local, state, and federal sources. Services may include property acquisition, disposal, leasing and licensing; property inspections and site evaluations; title and due-diligence reviews; appraisals; acquisition packages; negotiations; environmental and regulatory compliance; relocation assistance; maintenance of property records, maps, and transaction documentation; coordination with legal counsel, agencies, contractors, property owners, and the public; and budgeting and financial analysis. Work will be authorized through project-specific task orders under one IDIQ contract. The anticipated term is 36 months, with two additional 12-month extension periods, and the maximum aggregate contract amount is $1,000,000. The proposal is qualifications-based, limited to 30 pages excluding specified items, and must demonstrate at least three relevant public-works projects completed within the past four years, along with team qualifications, resumes, references, conflict-of-interest disclosures, and acceptance of the District's standard agreement.
