Description
Jackson County, Michigan, is seeking qualified and experienced real estate firms to provide services for several county locations and properties. The scope includes coordinating appraisals, assessing fair market value, performing market analyses, developing marketing plans, advertising through the Multiple Listing Service and other media, coordinating property showings, negotiating offers, and completing real estate transaction closings. Services may involve industrial, commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties, as well as presentations at public meetings and consultation with county representatives. Proposers must be licensed and in good standing in Michigan, have at least five years of relevant experience, provide three similar customer references, and submit qualifications, a service implementation timeline, communication and customer-service plans, pricing, a company profile, references, and the completed pricing sheet. The resulting contract is for three years with two optional one-year renewals, for a maximum term of five years.
