Description
Community Healthcore is seeking a HUD broker or brokerage to support the sale or transfer of two residential properties: 1512 Indian Springs Road in Marshall, Texas, and 801 Pegues Place in Longview, Texas. The properties have stated tax fair market values of $688,138 and $323,920, respectively. The broker must market the properties in compliance with the Fair Housing Act, HUD requirements, applicable regulatory and use agreements, and transfer requirements for Housing Assistance Payment contracts and Transfers of Physical Assets. The scope includes HUD-specific valuation and underwriting, buyer identification and vetting for affordability and regulatory compliance, coordination of bid advertising and public bid openings, evaluation of sealed bids, and coordination of inspections, pre-sale interests, paperwork, and other sale activities. Respondents must complete the provided questions and respondent information sheet, describe organizational experience and service delivery, provide pricing, demonstrate operational readiness, submit at least three professional references for similar services, acknowledge the RFP and addenda, and provide any relevant supporting information. Award will be based on best value, including experience, service delivery, pricing, and ability to begin operations by November 1, 2026.
