Description
The Town of Innisfail is seeking an agency with accreditation under Alberta's Safety Codes Act to provide safety code services in the plumbing, gas, electrical, and private sewage disciplines. The scope includes receiving and reviewing permit applications, collecting fees, remitting Safety Codes Council fees, issuing permits, conducting inspections, monitoring compliance, and administering permits in accordance with the Town's Quality Management System. The current Safety Codes Service Agreement expires December 31, 2026. The estimated contract period is 59 months, with a proposed start date of January 1, 2027.
