Description
Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide as-needed construction monitoring and inspection services for Regional Flood Control District and Department of Transportation projects. The scope includes construction surveillance; inspection, sampling, testing, and documentation; daily logs and records; construction administration; pay-application measurement and recommendations; compliance advisory services; as-built documentation; resident engineering; and structural inspections. Firms must maintain current Arizona Board of Technical Registration registrations, and proposed inspectors must meet specified experience and certification requirements. The County intends to establish a shared indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity Supplier Contract with up to three qualified consultants. The contract has an annual amount of $4,000,000, an initial one-year term, and up to four additional one-year renewal options; individual delivery orders may not exceed $500,000. Responses must be submitted as a single PDF through the designated electronic procurement platform and should address firm capabilities, relevant project experience, key personnel, approach, specialized skill sets, SBE utilization, and equal employment opportunity policy or plan.
