Description
The County of Minburn No. 27 is requesting proposals for assessment services over an initial five-year period, with possible extensions for an additional five years. The work is intended to support inspection of all properties on a 20% inspection cycle and must comply with Alberta’s Municipal Government Act, applicable regulations, and provincial policies and guidelines. The contractor must prepare and complete statutory property assessments, provide assessment information and reports requested by the Alberta Minister of Municipal Affairs, meet prescribed reporting timelines, and provide projected assessment changes to support the County’s annual budgeting. Designated Industrial and Linear properties assessed by the Provincial assessor are excluded from the scope.
