Description
The State of California Department of General Services, Office of State Publishing, is soliciting repair services for printing presses, bindery equipment, and auxiliary machinery. The contractor must provide labor, equipment, and materials to rebuild, rewind, repair, balance, and replace electric motors, compressors, vacuum pumps, and related equipment, including emergency and rush repairs, parts replacement, equipment pickup and return, load testing, and repairs meeting manufacturer specifications. The anticipated contract term is three years. Bidders must hold a valid California Class C-10 Electrical Contractor license, submit proof of general liability, commercial automobile, and workers' compensation insurance, provide at least three similar references from the past five years, and meet a 3% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation requirement.
