Description
The City of League City is soliciting applications from qualified financial institutions with a main or branch office within the City's municipal boundaries to provide primary depository services. The scope includes online banking and reporting, wire and ACH transfers, remote deposit capture, branch and cash-vault services, lockbox processing, subaccounting, positive pay and ACH fraud protection, account analysis, earnings credit and interest-bearing account options, and employee check cashing. The selected institution is also expected to provide or offer alternatives for securities safekeeping, delivery-versus-payment settlement, collateral custody and monitoring, pledged collateral reporting, and related wire-transfer services. Responses must address the City's detailed service requirements, fee schedule, references from at least three comparable Texas public-funds clients, disclosures and certifications, a pro forma account analysis, securities safekeeping fees, exceptions, and the completed application. The initial contract term is three years, with two optional one-year extensions.
