Description
Aubrey Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified financial institutions to serve as its official depository bank. The selected bank will provide a comprehensive range of banking services including consolidated account structure with sweep mechanism, automated cash management, deposit services, remote deposit, disbursing services, positive pay, account reconciliation, funds transfer and wire services, optical imaging, ACH services, safekeeping services, collateral management, account analysis, monthly statements, overdraft management, stop payments, and customer service. Optional services include NSF check re-presentment via ACH, merchant card processing, payroll cards, purchasing cards, check printing, and smart safes. The bank must comply with Texas Government Code Chapters 2256 and 2257, provide collateral equal to 102% of deposits, and submit required financial statements and agreements.
