Description
Roosevelt County is soliciting proposals from a qualified banking institution to provide comprehensive banking services for approximately seven to ten County accounts, including interest-bearing deposits, daily repurchase-agreement sweeps or other collateralized interest-bearing accounts, online banking and cash-management services, ACH and direct-deposit processing, wire transfers, stop payments, electronic statements, remote deposits, check and deposit-slip services, cash-handling supplies, and related support. The selected bank must maintain a full-service banking location within Roosevelt County with either a branch serving Portales or a no-cost courier service covering County departments and elected-official agencies. The bank must comply with New Mexico collateralization requirements, maintain a collateral security agreement, provide recurring collateral reports, support the County's investment policy, and offer competitive interest rates. Proposals must address institutional experience, approach to the scope of work, financial stability, litigation, references, security measures, and required banking capabilities. The contract is for one year from award, with up to three additional one-year renewals at the discretion of both parties.
