Description
Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency, Inc. is soliciting applications from qualified financial institutions to serve as its depository bank. Required services include receiving deposits, paying checks and other items, incoming and outgoing wire transfers, ACH processing, stop payments, online cash management and reporting, positive pay, account reconciliation, lockbox services, check imaging, account analysis, and related banking support. The selected institution must support operating, payroll zero-balance, and money market accounts; provide daily balance and transaction reporting; and offer collateralization, third-party safekeeping, and reporting for public funds. Investment transactions are excluded, although the agency intends to maximize interest earnings on available balances. The response must include completed Application Forms I and II, a signed certification, a cover letter, references and public-entity experience, specified banking reports and agreement samples, an audited annual financial statement, two recent quarterly FDIC Call Reports, an availability-of-funds explanation, and other requested information. The initial term is three years, with two optional one-year extensions. One original and two copies must be delivered in a sealed envelope by the stated deadline.
