Description
Butte County Behavioral Health seeks a qualified licensed clinical psychologist to provide psychological testing and evaluations for consumers in its Institutions for Mental Disease program and, with prior approval, other behavioral health programs. Required services include diagnostic evaluations, Incompetency to Stand Trial evaluations, initial and annual Lanterman-Petris-Short conservatorship evaluations, Murphy Conservatorship assessments, forensic determinations, written reports and recommendations, and coordination with County treatment teams. The contractor must respond to evaluation requests within one business day, attempt to schedule appointments within seven business days, visit County treatment locations and the Butte County Jail when required, serve consumers outside Butte County when approved, participate in required training and staff meetings, and comply with applicable professional, County, State, Federal, HIPAA, and behavioral-health requirements. The proposed contract is for one year with two optional one-year renewals. Proposals must include experience, qualifications, references, capabilities, work plan, pricing, and a draft scope of work.
