Description
The City of Westminster Fire Department is seeking a consultant to provide culturally competent psychological counseling for commissioned and non-commissioned employees. Services include individual counseling, scheduled wellness and resiliency visits, 24/7 emergency response and crisis-line coverage, critical-incident response and debriefing, and referrals when care falls outside the consultant’s capabilities or the contract’s scope. The consultant must also provide training and materials, peer support team training and oversight, policy and skills support, supervision, and advanced or 40-hour peer support certification training as applicable. The consultant must maintain a suitable counseling office, provide qualified coverage when unavailable, preserve confidentiality, and submit deidentified quarterly activity reports and monthly invoices. The pricing sheet includes hourly or per-session pricing for counseling, emergency response, debriefing, training, peer support services, wellness visits, and related consultation; applicable on-site travel fees must be identified separately. The contract has a one-year term with four one-year renewal options.
