Description
The State of Montana, through the Department of Public Health and Human Services, is soliciting proposals from one offeror to develop and implement a certified Systemic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resources, and Treatment (START) Program and START Resource Center. The scope of services is referenced in the solicitation, but the attached event materials do not include the full Scope of Services document. The proposal must address the Scope of Services, Cost Proposal, Offeror Qualifications, mandatory requirements, pre-existing partnerships, confidentiality and trade-secret disclosures, contract exceptions if applicable, nondiscrimination certifications, and artificial-intelligence disclosures. The contractor must provide an itemized budget with narrative justification; the expected annual contract amount will not exceed $1,350,000. Federal funds are involved, and the awarded contractor must have a Unique Entity ID and complete Federal Form NDA889.
