Madison County Child Advocacy Center is requesting proposals for trauma-informed child therapy services. The solicitation uses lump-sum pricing and permits electronic or physical bid submission. Bidders must submit a complete Certificate of Liability Insurance and agree to and sign the county’s Hold Harmless and Vendor Agreements with the bid. The certificate must include all required coverages, limits, and verbatim language specified in the sample certificate; additional coverages may be required depending on the project scope. Noncompliance may result in rejection.
