Description
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is soliciting a contractor to provide clean coveralls and various shop supplies on a weekly rental basis. The scope includes cotton and fire-retardant coveralls, continuous-roll and cloth shop towels, utility towels, and as-needed shop coats, along with delivery, collection, laundering or replacement as applicable, inventory tracking, and related supplies such as towel cabinets, laundry bag stands, name tags, and patch or insignia attachment. Services will support four locations within the San Benito-Monterey Unit: BEU Headquarters, Hollister Air Attack Base, King City Fire Station, and Gabilan Conservation Camp. The agreement is estimated to run from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029, subject to approval and notice to proceed. Subcontracting is not permitted. Bidders must submit all required attachments, including the completed bid certification, rate sheet, applicable certifications, payee data record, contractor certification clauses, and California Civil Rights Laws attachment.
