Description
The Wilmington Housing Authority is soliciting proposals for high-efficiency, dependable, card-operated commercial washing machines and dryers. The selected contractor must provide, install, and maintain the equipment across the Authority's housing sites. The submission requires pricing, a proposal, HUD Form 5369-C, a Profile of Firm Form, proposed services, managerial capacity/financial viability/staffing information, client information, and Section 3 forms. Supporting documents include the scope of work, HUD non-construction instructions and certifications, maintenance-work contract conditions, wage-rate decision, supplemental instructions, and sample contract materials.
