Description
Fleet Readiness Center East at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point requires laundering services for government-owned lab coats and lab inspection gloves. The contractor must provide equipment, supplies, employee supervision, transportation, monthly pickup of soiled items, laundering, packaging, and return delivery to the same location within seven calendar days. Services include separate handling of heavily contaminated items, washing with non-phosphorus detergent, drying, folding, separation by size, protective packaging, and replacement of items lost or damaged while in the contractor's possession. The requirement covers a maximum of 10 lab coats and 20 pairs of inspection gloves per month, plus monthly pickup and delivery charges, under firm-fixed-price line items. The base period is 12 months with three 12-month option periods. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside and requires a current CMMC Level 1 (Self) status or higher for applicable contractor systems. Quotes must include a signed RFQ, CMMC unique identifier, CAGE code, small-business status, and unit pricing for each Section B line item.
