Description
Trinity County Solid Waste is seeking a vendor to provide weekly uniform and linen services and additional cleaning supplies at the Weaverville Transfer Station. The requested inventory includes twill and cargo pants, long- and short-sleeve shirts, coveralls, floor mats in multiple sizes, shop towels, ProSoy soap, and a service charge. The quotation request lists total inventory quantities and requests unit cost, weekly cost, replacement cost, and other cost information. The attached agreement template indicates that the resulting arrangement will be governed by a personal services contract and includes insurance, licensing, and subcontracting provisions; however, the template contains blanks and conditional clauses that are not necessarily finalized solicitation requirements.
