Description
Chattooga County is soliciting proposals for uniform rental, weekly cleaning, maintenance, repair, and replacement services for designated employees across multiple county departments. The scope includes sizing, fitting, initial issuance, inventory management and tracking, delivery scheduling, dedicated account management, and customer support. Uniforms may include work shirts, work pants, safety-rated garments, jackets, coveralls, and department-specific specialty items. Optional mats, towels, and related items may also be requested. Vendors must have at least three years of relevant experience, demonstrate the capacity to serve multiple county departments, provide at least three references from current or recent clients of similar size, and maintain applicable licenses, permits, and insurance. Proposals must include company qualifications, detailed pricing, uniform options and safety ratings, a sample contract or service agreement, customer-service and emergency-response information, and references with contact information. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope by the stated deadline.
