Linen Services INVITATION FOR BIDS The Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation, whose corporate offices are located at 8315 Park Road, Batavia, NY 14020, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for Linen Services. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the office of Megan M. Glor, Director of Purchasing/Procurement Officer, upon request by calling (585) 343-1423 or via email at mglor@westernotb.com. Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read in the Robert J. Kane boardroom at said corporate offices, located within Batavia Downs Gaming & Hotel, at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by the following documents: Non-Collusion Bidding Certification pursuant to New York General Municipal Law § 103-d; Offerer’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 139-j; Offerer’s Certification of Compliance pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 139-k(5); Offerer Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 139-k; references page; and any other forms required by this bid package. Description
Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation is soliciting sealed bids for weekly linen services for Batavia Downs Gaming. The contractor must furnish and deliver all required labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and linens; provide weekly pickup and laundry services as needed; maintain clean and sanitary containers; and supply all items on the product list, including tablecloths, napkins, chair covers, chair sashes, bar mops, aprons, laundry bags, cook shirts, and chef coats. A linen swatch booklet or visual template is required with the bid, and pricing must be provided per item. The contract term is 36 months, from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029, with two additional one-year extension periods permitted. Award will be based on the lowest total base bid price among responsive and responsible bidders. Bidders must submit the completed bid package, required certifications, references, and all other required forms; faxed and emailed bids will not be accepted.
