Description
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is soliciting bids for uniform and shop supply rental services for its Lassen-Modoc Unit. The contractor must provide weekly delivery and collection of clean coveralls, floor mats, towels, and other shop supplies; laundering, replacement of unserviceable items, laundry bags, collection devices, and attachment of CAL FIRE patches and name tags are also required. The scope includes maintaining itemized inventories by location, providing quarterly inventory reports, obtaining delivery and collection signatures, and supplying all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, taxes, and fees. The agreement is estimated to run from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029, subject to approval. Bids must include the completed rate sheet and required certifications and forms, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
