Description
The SpringFest Committee is seeking an independent contractor to lead coordination of SpringFest 2027 from October 2026 through June 2027. The event is scheduled for Memorial Day weekend, Friday, May 28, and Saturday, May 29, 2027. The coordinator will establish meeting schedules and collaborate with participating organizations; oversee event logistics, programming, regulations, and marketing; expand fundraising efforts; develop volunteer, performer, and vendor recruitment and scheduling processes; assist with parade planning; and coordinate the event budget and accounting with the Hardwick Downtown Partnership President and Treasurer. Compensation is a $5,000 stipend, paid at $625 per month for eight months from October through May, with a Form 1099-NEC issued by the Hardwick Downtown Partnership. Applicants must submit a cover letter and resume.
