Description
The Pease Development Authority, Division of Ports and Harbors, is seeking statements of qualifications from firms or teams to provide on-call professional marine engineering and architectural services. Potential work includes dock and pier construction, improvements and repairs; geotechnical, structural, hydrographic, and hydrodynamic analysis; terminal and facility inspections; roads and pavement work; maritime security infrastructure; and related facility construction, expansion, and repair. Services may include scope and schedule development, budgeting, engineering and architectural design, bidding support, permitting, cost estimating, construction administration, resident engineering, and grant administration. Firms may respond for one or more project types and must be licensed to provide professional engineering and architectural services in New Hampshire, with experience in federal grant funding and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The initial submission is qualifications-based; pricing is not requested and may be solicited later from shortlisted firms. The anticipated contract is nonexclusive, with a three-year base term and two possible one-year renewals.
